Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home-based care team. The role involves assisting licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to homebound patients, performing visits in patients’ homes across designated service areas in South Carolina, and contributing to a coordinated care approach. This full-time, salary-based position offers a guaranteed monthly bonus. Requires an OTA associate degree, current state licensure, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a focus on compassionate patient support across homes, clinics, and virtual visits as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in home health or similar setting preferred
