Job Summary
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living. Monitor and document resident progress toward therapy goals while collaborating with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families. Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies to help create positive rehabilitation outcomes that enhance residents' quality of life. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Pennsylvania COTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
