Job Summary
Provide direct patient care services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, implementing and modifying treatment plans based on physician orders. Document patient treatments, condition changes, and referrals while monitoring responses to make necessary modifications during sessions. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers and relay information to the OT as requests arise. Complete documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations. This role supports the needs of patients at West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a supportive in-house facility offering flexible full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current License as Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania. Must be in good standing.
Desired Qualifications
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
