Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy to patients to restore their physical ability by following the plan of care and state-specific laws. Instruct and aid patients, families, and caregivers in evidence-based treatment within your scope of practice. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Function in any home situation regardless of client demographics. Maintain current licensure, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance. Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
