Job Summary
Assist occupational therapists in carrying out treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and other interventions to improve patient functional abilities. Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation regarding patient responses to therapy, report progress findings, and provide education and guidance to patients and families on home strategies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient needs, offer observations on progress, and support the supervising occupational therapist in comprehensive care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state OTA licensure or certification
- Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- 0-1 years experience
Desired Qualifications
- Current valid CPR certification
