Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA

Implement therapy plans under OT supervision while documenting resident progress and assisting with adaptive equipment training and activities of daily living. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support resident engagement and participation in therapy, ensuring functional independence and improved quality of life. This role reports directly to the Occupational Therapist within a 121-bed skilled nursing facility in Sacramento, CA, offering full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with a salary range of $48.00 to $55.00 per hour. Candidates must hold an active California COTA license and an associate degree from an accredited program, with experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
