Job Summary
Assist occupational therapists in carrying out treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living training, and adaptive techniques to improve patient functional abilities. Observe and document patient responses to therapy, report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist, and provide education to patients and families on home strategies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care while supporting therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress. Requires current state OTA licensure, CPR certification, and a degree from an accredited program. Weekly pay and health benefits available after the first month.
