Job Summary
Provide skilled COTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited COTA program
- Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Net Health knowledge preferred
- Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website implementation under House Bill 531 (2025)
