Job Summary
Provide skilled COTA therapy services to residents of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Requires an active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) and graduation from an accredited COTA program. SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health knowledge is preferred. This is a full-time role based in Plant City, FL, with a supportive leadership team and comprehensive benefits.
