Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - SNF - PRN - Plant City

Provide skilled COTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Must be a licensed Florida COTA (or license-eligible) with a graduate of an accredited COTA program. Prior SNF or post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge preferred. Per diem/PRN schedule with flexible hours and opportunities such as travel stipends and early paycheck options are offered. Comfortable caseload with modern rehab facilities and supportive leadership. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
