Job Summary
Provide skilled COTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Role is PRN with flexible scheduling in Lake City, FL. Requires graduation from an accredited COTA program and active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge preferred.
