Job Summary
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision and assist patients with daily living and functional activities. Document progress, communicate updates to the supervising therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals within a Skilled Nursing Facility in Peabody, KS. This full-time, direct hire role offers an estimated rate of $30-35/hr, complete benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k, plus PTO and paid holidays. New grads are welcome to join this supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current KS license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills
- Patient-care focus
- Full-Time employment
