Job Summary
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision while assisting patients with daily living and functional activities. Document progress, communicate updates to the supervising therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. Support the rehab team in achieving individualized patient goals within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with current KS licensure or eligibility required. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with estimated rate of $30–35/hr.
