Job Summary
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision and assist patients with daily living and functional activities. Document progress, communicate updates to the supervising occupational therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Canon City, CO. As a full-time direct hire, you will work Monday through Friday with mentorship and resources to grow your career.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current CO license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and patient-care focus
- Location: Canon City, CO
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
