Job Summary
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision and assist patients with daily living and functional activities. Document progress, communicate updates to the supervising occupational therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. Support the rehab team in achieving individualized patient goals within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with an estimated rate of $44–54/hr, complete benefits package, and opportunities for mentorship and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current CA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and patient-care focus
