Job Summary
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision and assist patients with daily living activities. Document progress, communicate updates to the therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with an estimated rate of $30–35/hr. New grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current MN license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills
- Patient-care focus
- Watkins, MN location
