Job Summary
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision and assist patients with daily living and functional activities. Document progress, communicate updates to the occupational therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals within a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fairfax, VA. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with an estimated rate of $30–40/hr. New grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current VA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills
