Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist in a SNF/LTC setting to help residents improve ADLs and functional independence. Implement and document individualized treatment plans, using Net Health, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a PRN/per diem schedule at Shippenville Nursing & Rehab. Maintain a compassionate, energetic approach and contribute to a supportive, collaborative care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Pennsylvania
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, energetic attitude
