Job Summary
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision while assisting patients with daily living and functional activities. Document progress, communicate updates to the supervising occupational therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. Support the rehab team in achieving individualized patient goals within a Senior Living Community setting in Tarzana. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with an estimated rate of $39–43/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current CA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and patient-care focus
