Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy support services to students in K–12 school settings under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist in implementing treatment plans and support students in developing functional and daily living skills; conduct therapy sessions under OT supervision; collaborate with OTs, teachers, families, and school staff to ensure skill carryover; collect data and document progress in line with school/regulatory guidelines; integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines to enhance student participation and success. Requires an Associate's degree (COTA program) and active COTA license (or eligibility); pediatric and school-based therapy knowledge preferred. Full-time school-based role with mentorship, manageable caseloads, and opportunity for sign-on bonus; Jabbergym – Point Quest Group location in Sacramento County, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
- Active COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
