The role includes assisting with the restoration of patient functioning, monitoring residents' progress, and documenting care activities. Essential duties involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and their families, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting and holds current certification, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
