Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans with the Occupational Therapist for older adult patients. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation while helping patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner to the community. Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This per diem opportunity is available for weekdays only.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Valid state license
- Ability to work on weekdays
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
