Job Summary
Skilled direct patient care as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Community with rehab-to-home/outpatient clientele; flexible scheduling; La Porte, IN; in-person/HQ scheduling with support from regional management; part-time PRN role. Requires graduation from an approved OTA program and a current or eligible Indiana state license; new grads welcome and membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current or eligible for state license
- Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)
- Prefer minimum one (1) year experience. New grads welcome to apply
