Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adult patients while collaborating with the Occupational Therapist. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation to help patients achieve critical outcomes. Act as a trusted partner to the community by delivering patient-centered care in senior-living and post-acute settings. Requires a valid state license, one year of acute care or rehabilitation experience, and ability to work flexible weekday, weekend, and evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Desired Qualifications
- Nethealth experience
