Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist for the older adult population. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation while helping patients achieve critical outcomes. Act as a trusted partner to the community you serve within our interdisciplinary team. This role commences September 1, 2026, at The Parkvue Community in Sandusky, OH, and requires at least one year of acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
- Nethealth Experience
