Job Summary
Performs a component of occupational therapy procedures under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist for patients aged 18 to geriatric in rehabilitation, assisting patients to achieve maximum functional performance and documenting treatment responses and outcomes. Requires current OT Assistant licensure and BLS certification; inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills; detail-oriented with ability to meet tight timelines. PRN role with compensation based on experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience (desired)
