PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant supports Occupational Therapists in inpatient, outpatient, and short-term rehabilitation settings. Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and functional independence. Document treatments in the electronic health record, monitor patient progress, and report updates. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment; collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams; educate patients and families on exercises and functional activities. Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives. Flexible PRN scheduling based on patient needs across multiple care settings within a small community hospital.
