Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist and assist with implementing individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions. Document resident progress accurately and in compliance with state and facility guidelines while supporting residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, adaptive equipment, and functional tasks. Collaborate with OT, PT, ST, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to promote safety, independence, and a positive resident experience. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling within a supportive, team-oriented environment at Nightingale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Erie, PA.
