Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Assist with resident screenings and treatment planning; deliver individualized, goal-oriented care to improve function and independence; document services and communicate progress with the therapy team. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program and an active Pennsylvania COTA license (or eligible); strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care. This PRN/per diem role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to gain experience within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania COTA license (or eligible)
