Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA (PRN)

Assists with occupational therapy treatments and services as ordered by the physician and directed by the Occupational Therapist. The role includes aiding the Occupational Therapist in tests, evaluations, and complex treatment procedures. Responsibilities involve observing, recording, and reporting patient conditions and responses to treatment plans. The position also requires maintaining daily records of treatment sessions and documenting patient progress notes, along with assisting in consultations with family members, physicians, and other health care professionals.
