Job Summary
Conduct best practice treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, adhering to specific goals developed by the OT. Provide comprehensive treatment to patients while documenting progress on weekly progress notes in a timely fashion. Deliver feedback to the supervising therapist via documentation or other required methods. Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care and perform other duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation. Maintain valid professional licensure and registration for state of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice
- Well versed with documentation writing
- Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times
