Job Summary
Provide treatment for patients in outpatient, inpatient, and sub-acute settings across pediatrics, functional cognition, hand therapy, and occupational health. Identify patient needs and document billing according to current standards while maintaining equipment, tools, and inventory. Interact professionally with patients, families, and the healthcare team while adhering to ethical and legal standards. Maintain continued competence and updated field knowledge. Work a weekend/holiday rotation with a salary range of $27.46 to $38.45.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Minnesota license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) associate degree from an accredited school
- Current American Heart BLS certification
- Ability to work a weekend/holiday rotation
Additional Requirements
- Employment will be terminated if BLS certification is not obtained within 4 months from the date of hire.
