Job Summary
Facilitate rehabilitation for patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities by implementing occupational therapy care plans. Coordinate care with the entire team, educate patients and family members, and prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members. Requires a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Texas with skilled nursing or veterans home experience. - Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the State of Texas
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled Nursing or Veterans Home experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of SNF or Veterans Healthcare regulations and general healthcare compliance
