Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services under OTR supervision, including initial and annual assessments, treatment, and progress reporting. Develop and implement goals for Individual Program Plans while collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to preserve motor skills and daily living abilities. Deliver therapy to improve independence and integrate services with Day Programs and community supports. Maintain documentation, including progress notes and clinical reports, and consult with team members, students, and volunteers. Requires current NYS COTA license and one year of experience with developmental disabilities. Full-time role in Rochester, NY, with a starting wage of $25-$30 per hour.

- Current NYS license and registration as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
