Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed to work within Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to deliver individualized treatment plans in an in-house therapy setting with local management support. Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.
