Job Summary
Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, provide individualized therapy interventions to help residents improve independence and functional abilities; assist with activities to enhance mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs); collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines; deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail; maintain California licensure and active COTA certification; contribute to resident-centered care within a skilled nursing/post-acute rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA certification
- California state licensure
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting (preferred)
