Job Summary
Pediatric outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join Ivy Rehab for Kids in Chantilly, VA. Provide one-to-one pediatric therapy within a multidisciplinary team that includes PT, OT, SLP, and ABA services. Deliver individualized care plans for children from birth to age 21, encourage family participation in sessions, and support ongoing professional growth through mentorship, residency options, and CEU opportunities. Roles include collaboration, growth, mentorship, and access to incentives such as sign-on and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within the respective state
