Job Summary
Provide home health occupational therapy services under supervision to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them regain independence. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation while maintaining flexible scheduling and autonomy over your day. You will own your time with consistent patient volume and receive a tablet with a data plan. Compensation ranges from $40 to $50 per visit with mileage reimbursement, and full-time employees gain access to medical, dental, and vision insurance alongside 401k and PTO. Training is provided for EMR systems and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
