Job Summary
Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT; visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help regain independence; complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided). Flexible schedule with autonomy over day, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools (tablet, data plan, supplies). Includes paid training, mentorship, clinical and administrative support, and opportunities for leadership/career advancement. Visit rate ranges from $40-$50 per visit; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, and potential additional earnings through a clinical excellence bonus. Active COTA license, BLS CPR, reliable transportation, and comfort with EMR systems are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
