Job Summary
Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them regain independence. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation with training provided. This role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy over your day with consistent patient volume through our agency partner network. Compensation ranges from $40 to $50 per visit, plus mileage reimbursement and a tablet with data plan. An active COTA license in good standing, BLS CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
