Job Summary
Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional care, teaching patients, families, and the health care team while adhering to physician orders and the established plan of care. Perform these duties in home settings with a valid state driver's license, maintaining automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation in all weather conditions. Maintain current CPR certification and basic technology skills for mobile device operation. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
