Job Summary
Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional care, teaching patients, families, and the health care team while performing duties in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. Provide direct support in home settings for home health and hospice clients, utilizing mobile technology and reliable transportation. Maintain valid state licensure, CPR certification, and a clean driving record with appropriate insurance. Full-time employment at $30-$32 per hour includes medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
