Job Summary
Provide 8-10 visits per week to adult and geriatric clients in homes across Chatham and Lee counties, delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing support. Work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team to help clients maintain a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity. Travel within the assigned territory in Davidson County. Requires NC licensure, graduation from an accredited OT curriculum, and at least one year of supervised work experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the state of North Carolina
- Must be willing to travel in assigned territory
- Have graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA
- Have at least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist
