Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA, COTA/L – Part-time

Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients, prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries, and establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities. Travel to nearby centers as needed. This role requires a valid State Occupational Therapy Assistant License and Credentials, with preferred SNF and/or acute care experience.
