Job Summary
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their specific needs. Assist residents with daily activities to promote independence and monitor their performance during tasks. Support rehabilitation efforts for residents affected by injury, illness, or other health problems. Maintain resident confidence by managing confidential information processing and foster cooperative relationships within the healthcare team. This role requires a current New York State COTA license, COVID-19 vaccination, and experience in long-term care settings.
