Job Summary
Remote bilingual Spanish-speaking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing teletherapy services to clients across multiple states, collaborating with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans, and supporting patient goals through virtual platforms. Responsibilities include delivering remote OT interventions, educating patients and caregivers, maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation, staying current with clinical developments, and utilizing telehealth tools to support pediatric clients (18 months+) in a virtual care setting. Requires active CA COTA license (or ability to apply), Spanish bilingualism, clinic/hospital/home-health experience, and proficiency with teletherapy platforms; compensation is $41-$46 per hour (W2) commensurate with experience. Location flexibility includes Lexington, KY (remote) and remote US coverage for California-focused clients; licensure reimbursement for CA licensure offered.
Required Qualifications
- Active CA State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License or ability to apply
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in a clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health setting
