Job Summary
Remote COTA role providing occupational therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients via teletherapy across CA, TX, and NV. Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers using telehealth platforms. Requires CA COTA license (or ability to apply), bilingual Spanish, pediatric experience, and comfort with remote documentation, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing professional development. Compensation: $41–$46/hour (W2), remote work with potential California licensure reimbursement.勤務地 includes Indianapolis, IN (remote possibility) with US-wide teletherapy delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Active CA State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License or ability to apply
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Experience in a clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health setting
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
- Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+)
- Prefer strong experience in feeding, sensory, hand, emotional regulation and neurodiverse clients
