Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under supervision to implement individualized OT treatment plans; educate patients and families about treatment plans and exercises to support recovery; document patient progress and maintain accurate records; collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans; apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform treatment; support patients in performing daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence; participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
