Job Summary
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed to provide OT services to residents at Avante at Ocala. Will assist in assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, documenting daily care per guidelines, and communicating response to treatment to residents, families, and team members. Requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy, successful completion of the National Certification for OT A, and current state licensure or license eligibility. Required Qualifications
