Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will provide skilled COTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Position is full-time in Stuart, FL with a competitive hourly pay range of $28–$38 depending on experience. Requires graduation from an accredited COTA program and an active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is preferred.
